Two exciting episodes! "A Rift in the Force" The Voltron Force visits Tourmaline, a destroyed mining colony, with the intention of rebuilding it. Radioactive space lice attack the Voltron Force and damage their ship, only to suffer defeat. Their ship damaged, the Voltron Force piece together a ship from spare parts and return to Arus, where they use their Lions to thwart Lotor. "Shades of Gray" Pidge teases Hunk and unwittingly hurts his feelings. Hagar uses the event in casting a spell on Hunk and turning him against his friends. She also turns Hunk's Yellow Lion into a destructive gray lion. Her actions serve as a diversion for Lotor and keep the Voltron Force busy while Lotor kidnaps Amalgamus. The Voltron Force eventually retrieve Amalgamus, Pidge's sincere apology breaks the spell on Hunk, who rejoins the Voltron Force to defeat Lotor and Hagar's Robeast. Color 45 minutes |
