This Giant Robot hero is known as Tetsujin 28 (Iron Man 28) in Japan. But, back in the 60's, he was introduced as Gigantor to the kids in America. The Gigantor TV series took the US airwaves by storm. He was one of the first Japanese series to hit our shores. A whole generation of children where transfixed by the concept of a huge robot controlled by a young boy. Now you can see the original 26 Black & White episodes in the order they were shown on the US airwaves back in 1964.
